Considering offering an efficient learning and teaching service, TPD regulates XJTLU staff and students on obtaining textbook-related services.

In order to help academic staff prepare teaching, Textbook and Publication Division (TPD) will place textbook orders each semester. By the end of each May and October, TPD will finish the textbook requests collecting through Textbook Management System. The timely submission of textbook request is the prerequisite of a smooth textbook purchase procedure, and will lay a solid foundation for teaching and learning activities.

TPD manages textbook distribution to all XJTLU students. Distribution notice will be sent via University Communication at least one week before new semester begins. It distributes the textbooks to students three calendar days before new semester begins.
