Rules and Regulations
XJTLU Library is committed to provide to all alumni of XJTLU a quality library service.
- Alumni entering and exiting the Library must scan their Alumni Cards on the Access Control Gate. Please be in an orderly queue.
- Alumni are allowed to use the paper-based resources for reference purpose.
- Alumni can log into the wireless by using the account: xxx@alumni.xjtlu.edu.cn and the password.
- If Alumni want to borrow printed resources, please refer to the section for External Members.
- In case of lost ID card, if you have applied for a new one, then the old card is invalid.

Please when in possession of your Alumni Card, firstly go to the Circulation Desk on the 3rd floor in the library to activate your card.After your Alumni Card expired, you need to reactive your Alumni Card yearly. |
Friendly Reminder:
Please refer to library website to check the validity period of Alumni Card for initial use according to different types of alumni.
Your Alumni Card needs to be re-activated every year, and all Alumni Cards will be expired on December 31st of the current year. Please bring your international passport or other authorized form of ID to the library Circulation Desk when applying for Alumni Card re-activation. If you have any queries, please call (+86) 0512-8816 1290/1291 to ask for assistance to reactivate your Alumni Card.
