Kindly take note that during the registration and visiting process, relatives and friends must be accompanied by a registered XJTLU student or staff. The visitation duration for relatives and friends is only valid for one hour. Please follow one of the two ways mentioned below to apply for a library access permission.

Method one: Show a valid piece of ID to the security guard to obtain a library access card at the entrance door of the library.

§   The valid document can be an Identity Card, a driving license, a passport or a certificate with distinctive identity authentication. One card per person.

§   Please take care of your library visit card while visiting. A fine will be charged in case of loss.

§   Please take note that during the whole visiting process, visitors must be accompanied by XJTLU student or staff. For more details, please see the table below.

Method two: Onsite Reservation

There are two visitor reservation machines located at the entrance of the Library. You could submit visiting application onsite, pick up all tickets of your group members, replace tickets, and even view your current reservation.
