为深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神和习近平总书记关于推动全民阅读、建设书香社会的重要指示，根据教育部、中宣部等八部门联合印发的《全国青少年学生读书行动实施方案》等要求，弘扬中华优秀传统文化，引导大学生养成良好的阅读习惯，省教育厅决定启动江苏大学生读书行动计划，并举办江苏大学生首届读书文化节暨书评大赛。

In order to promote nationwide reading, and to carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture and guide college students to develop good reading habits, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education decided to launch the Jiangsu College Student Reading Action Plan and hold the first Reading Culture Festival and Book Review Competition for College Students in Jiangsu.
