Please kindly take note that the Library will extend the opening hours to accommodate the study needs of students for the coming examination days from 11th December, 2023 to 11th January, 2024.

During the examination days, the Library will be open in the following time slots:

                                                                                                              8:00 – 24:00 Monday to Sunday

                                                                                 (Library Service Counter and staff will not be working during the extended hours)

In case of any emergency, please call 0512-8816 1066 (Property Management Office, SIP Campus); 0512-8897 0793 (CMO Campus Service Center, Taicang Campus).

Please note that:

1. Access to the Library is restricted to XJTLU staff and students only with XJTLU ID cards or XJTLU Identified QR Code during the extended hours.
2. Please use the self-service machines in the library to borrow or return books during the extended hours.
3. Group Study Rooms will be closed during the extended hours.
4. During the extended hours, the security guards will be authorized to check all university ID cards and reserve the right to check bags when the security gate alarm is triggered.
5. Reminders will be given by security guards to students at 24:00 when the library is going to be closed on that day.
6. Please take care of your personal belongings. The Library is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended in the Library.
7. The library is not responsible for any personal hurt or injury suffered by user while inside the library.
8. Any patrons who do not abide by the Library rules and regulations will be reported to the Library and be kept on record.
