About the Publisher

Wiley, founded in 1807, is a leading global publisher with a strong presence in science, technology, medicine, and the social sciences and humanities. It enhances the impact of researchers and academic societies through a wide range of publications.

At XJTLU, Wiley ranks as our fourth most frequent publisher, accounting for 8% of our publications. Our collaboration is particularly strong in Economics & Business, Environment/Ecology, Engineering, and Material Science, which make up over 50% of our total publications with Wiley (based on ESI classification). Several XJTLU academics serve in editorial roles for Wiley, notably as associate editors in Environment/Ecology journals.

XJTLU students and staff have access to Wiley's extensive e-resources through our library's databases, including more than 20,000 e-books and 1,600 journals across various academic fields.
