This lecture covers the fundamental aspects of intellectual property (IP) and contemporary issues impacting the IP field. Additionally, the course is intended to explain the lifecycle of the patent, from application to maintenance. It also provides participants with an in-depth view of the fundamentals of IP law based on several typical cases that surround the protection and management of intellectual property.
