Please take note that the Library will extend its opening hours to accommodate the study needs of students for the coming examination period from 19th May to 5th June, 2025.
The library will operate from 08:00 to 24:00 daily (Monday to Sunday). Extended hours beyond regular service will be from 22:00 to 24:00 daily, and from 08:00 to 09:00 on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Accessible areas during the extended hours will be:
1st floor, 3rd floor (Library at SIP Campus)
1st floor to 3rd floor (Library at Taicang Campus)
The Library Service Counter and staff will not be working during the extended hours.

During the extended hours, please note that:
1. Access to the Library is restricted to XJTLU staff and students only, with XJTLU ID cards or XJTLU Identify QR Code.
2. Please use the self-service machines in the library to borrow or return books.
3. Group Study Rooms will be closed.
4. Security guards will be authorized to check all university ID cards and reserve the right to check bags if the security gate alarm is triggered.
5. Security guards will remind students at 24:00(midnight) when the library is going to be closed on that day.
6. Please take care of your personal belongings. The Library is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended in the Library.
7. Any patrons who do not abide by the Library rules and regulations will be reported to the Library and kept on record.
