Please kindly take note that the Library will extend its opening hours to accommodate the study needs of students during the exam week from Monday 30^th May to Tuesday 7^th Jun 2016.

During the examination week, the Library will be open in the following time slots.

8:00 – 24:00 Monday to Friday

9:00 – 24:00 Saturday and Sunday

The area will be available during the extended hours:

3^rd floor, Library, Central Building

Please also be reminded:

1. Students must have their University ID cards ready to enter the library during the extended hours (22:00– 24:00); otherwise, he/she will not be allowed to enter the library.

2. Only the 3^rd floor of the library will be available for self-study during the extended hours. The space of the 4^th to 10^th floor will be closed after 22:00 each day to save energy. Library circulation desk and services will be closed after 22:00, if you want to borrow or return books please use the self-service machine.

3. During the extended hours, the security guard will be authorized to remind the patron if he/she takes any Library books and security guard reserves the right to check patron’s bag when the security gate alarm is triggered.

4. Reminders will be given by Property Management Office (PMO) to student at 24:00 when the library is going to be closed for that day.

5. The elevators will only stop on the 1^st and the 3^rd floors during extended hours.

6. Please take care of your personal belongings. The Library is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings left unattended in the Library.

7. Any students who do not abide by the Library rules and regulations will be reported to the Library and be kept in record.
