In the 50th session of Go Reading, we are honored to invite Fang Wei, winner of the Mao Dun Newcomer Award and professor at the School of Chinese Language and Literature, Soochow University, to XJTLU campus for an exclusive sharing session on his new novel, Stories of Taihu. Starting from West Taihu Island, Professor Fang Wei will focus on ecological renewal and rural change in a shifting era, tracing the fortunes of local islanders and revealing the sorrows, resilience, and rebirth of ordinary lives. Everyone is warmly welcome to sign up.
