Dear All,

In accordance to the XJTLU Fixed Assets Management Policy and to improve our service, a full stocktaking will be conducted. The process will require tremendous amount of workloads for scanning tens of thousands of books into the Library system, in order to ensure accuracy of stocktaking data and result, specific instructions are as follows:

1. Circulation Service (including books borrowing/returning/Restricted Resources Borrowing Service) will be temporarily suspended from 14th to 30th June, 2022. During this period, once the stocktaking of one floor is finished, its circulation service will be back to normal. Please refer to the latest notice both displayed on the first floor and on Library Home Page https://lib.xjtlu.edu.cn/ .

2. All self-service machines will not be available from 14th to 30th June, 2022.

3. The library digital resources remain accessible via library homepage  https://lib.xjtlu.edu.cn/.  Through XJTLU VPN you can have access to all the online journals and databases that library provides. 

4. There is no worry of overdue fines as any checked-out library items with due date after 1st January, 2022 have been extended to 19th September, 2022.
