Temporary Suspension of Circulation Service at SIP Campus Library Due to Full Stocktaking from 22nd June to 10th July 2026

 In accordance with the XJTLU Fixed Assets Management, a full stocktaking will be conducted at XJTLU Library from 15th June to 10th July 2026. The process will involve scanning tens of thousands of books into the library system. To ensure the accuracy of stocktaking data and results, please note the following:

  1. 1. From 22nd June to 10th July 2026, the Circulation Service at SIP campus Library (including book borrowing, returning, inter-branch book delivery service and self-service machine operations) will be temporarily suspended.
  2. 2. Once the stocktaking of one floor is finished, its circulation service of that floor will be back to normal. For specific inquiries, please contact staff at the Library Circulation Desk or email lib-usd@xjtlu.edu.cn .
  3. 3. The library digital resources remain accessible via library homepage: https://lib.xjtlu.edu.cn/ . You will continue to have access to all the online journals and databases provided by the library.
  4. 4. No need to worry about overdue items. Any checked-out library items with due date between 30 May 2026 and 13 September 2026 will be automatically extended to 14 September 2026.
