Dear All,

In accordance to the XJTLU Fixed Assets Management Policy, a full stocktaking will be conducted. The process will require tremendous amounts of workloads for scanning tens of thousands of books into the library system, in order to ensure the accuracy of stocktaking data and results, specific instructions are as follows:

1. Circulation Service (including books borrowing/returning/inter-branch book delivery service) will be temporarily suspended from 24th June to 5th July, 2024. During this period, once the stocktaking of one floor is finished, its circulation service will be back to normal. Please refer to the latest notice displayed on the first floor or consult staff at library circulation desk.

2. All self-service machines will not be available from 24th June to 5th July, 2024.

3. The library digital resources remain accessible via library homepage  https://lib.xjtlu.edu.cn/. You can have access to all the e-resources and databases that library provides.

4. There is no worry about the overdue fines as any checked-out library items with due date after 1st June, 2024 have been extended to 15th September, 2024.
