4月16日至17日，西交利物浦大学图书馆举办“赋能业务，智汇馆藏”主题研习坊。来自全国多所高校图书馆的专家学者与业务骨干齐聚一堂，围绕资源建设与服务发展展开深入交流。

本次研习坊由西交利物浦大学图书馆主办，聚焦资源规划与经费分配、编目效率与自动化、开放科学与学术支持等议题，旨在促进经验共享与模式创新，推动高校图书馆服务能力提升。

From April 16 to 17, the XJTLU Library hosted a workshop themed “Empowering Practice, Advancing Collections,” bringing together librarians and specialists from universities across China to exchange insights on resource development and services.

开幕式上，馆长杨丽萍指出，面对资源形态演变与技术发展，图书馆正处于转型关键阶段。本次研习坊通过专家引领与同行交流，探索可复制、可推广的实践路径。在主题报告环节，杨丽萍以“开放科学环境下的图书馆资源建设与创新服务”为题，从宏观层面系统阐述了新时代图书馆资源建设的发展路径，并结合具体实践案例，深入解析了资源经费统筹配置与开放科学推进策略。

来自宁波诺丁汉大学图书馆的副馆长李凌围绕“拥抱AI：从智慧工作流到智慧学习”展开分享，通过实际案例展示人工智能在图书编目与流程优化中的应用，并进一步探讨AI素养培育在图书馆转型中的关键作用。

Ling Li, Deputy Director of the Library at University of Nottingham Ningbo China, delivered a session on integrating AI into library workflows and learning support. Drawing on real-world cases, she illustrated how AI can streamline cataloguing processes and highlighted the growing importance of AI literacy in library transformation.

此外，学术联络与参考咨询部负责人王俊围绕纸电资源一体化管理与学科服务展开系统梳理，深入总结实施路径与实践经验；资源建设部负责人董晶晶以“MARC 21框架下的多语种编目策略”为主题，通过现场操作演示，直观呈现多语种文献编目的完整流程，并针对实际工作中的难点问题进行了细致解答。

ALRD team leader Jun Wang explored integrated management of print and digital resources alongside subject services, while CDD team leader Jingjing Dong demonstrated multilingual cataloguing under the MARC 21 framework through live system demonstrations and practical problem-solving.
