We are pleased to announce that the Group Study Room Online Booking System of XJTLU Library is now available for trial. XJTLU students, faculty and staff can now book group study rooms using the new online system via the ‘quick links’ on the library homepage. You may find the detailed Group Study Room Booking Instructions by clicking 'Help'.

This system allows you to make a booking any time of the day, showing room availability for easy selection and reducing wait time. It also frees up staff to assist others with their research needs. A successful booking needs all team members’ ID card information so that any one of them can swipe his/her ID card to open the door.
