10月21日至23日，第十二届中外合作大学图书馆年会在上海纽约大学举行。西交利物浦大学图书馆馆长杨丽萍、副馆长滕超带队，一行9人参会。会议宣布2027中外合作大学图书馆年会将由西浦承办。
The 12th Sino-Foreign Joint Venture University Library Conference was held at New York University Shanghai from October 21 to 23. Led by Yang Liping, University Librarian, and Teng Chao, Deputy University Librarian, a nine-member delegation from the XJTLU Library attended the conference. It was announced that XJTLU Library will host the next Conference.
一场关于“未来图书馆”的探讨 Cultivating the Library of Tomorrow
本届大会以“极致韧性、显性影响：塑造未来图书馆”为主题，紧扣高校图书馆的核心关切，设四场专题研讨、两场前沿分享、四场实操工作坊。专题研讨从不同角度回应大会主题——技术变革之下，图书馆如何守住教育本源、彰显专业价值；前沿分享带来业界最新的实践成果与技术洞察；实操工作坊则把讨论落到操作层面，让议题转化为可带走的方案。观点交锋与动手演练彼此承接，也让“韧性”与“影响”这两个关键词有了具体落点。
Under the theme “Radical Resilience, Visible Impact: Cultivating the Library of Tomorrow”, the 2026 conference set three formats: four panel sessions took on the conference theme, two talks brought the latest practice and technology insight from the field, and four workshops turned discussion into methods delegates could carry home.
西浦声音：从AI素养到AI生态 Voices from XJTLU: From AI Literacy to an AI Ecosystem
在主题分享环节，西浦图书馆的两场分享——一场讲“怎么教”，一场讲“怎么连”，分别回答了 AI 时代图书馆的两个核心问题：素养如何落地，服务如何成网。
Two talks, two answers: one on bringing AI literacy into real learning tasks, the other on growing AI services into a connected ecosystem.
西浦图书馆科研与教学支持馆员王璐璐以《超越工具培训：以一体化素养框架与沉浸式任务重构AI素养教育》为题作报告，介绍西浦图书馆贯通信息、数据、研究、文化与AI素养的“五位一体”框架，以及依托 LibAI Search、LibAI Read、LibAI Cite 三款工具设计的沉浸式学习任务。她提出真正的“新视野”不在于堆砌更多技术，而在于让AI成为可供审慎质询的认知伙伴，而非盲目采信的答案机器。
Lulu WANG, Research and Instruction Librarian, presented the “Five-in-One” framework linking information, data, research, cultural and AI literacy, and the immersive tasks built on LibAI Search, Read and Cite. She stated the real new horizon is not more technology, but making AI a partner to be questioned rather than an answer machine to be trusted.
数据服务馆员韦晓莹分享的《LibAI Portal：构建互联互通的图书馆AI生态开放门户》，则把多款面向资源发现、文献解析与引文管理的专用AI智能体收进同一个入口：学生无需跨平台切换，即可完成文献检索、内容研读与引文生成。按照规划，空间预约、图书借阅、设备报修、用户培训等业务也将陆续开发对应智能体并接入门户，让 LibAI Portal 一步步长成贯通图书馆全链路服务的智能网关。
Xiaoying WEI, Data Service Librarian, introduced LibAI Portal, a single gateway gathering specialised agents for discovery, reading and citation, with room booking, borrowing, repairs and training to follow.
走出校园，走进城市文化现场 Beyond Campus: Into the City's Cultural Landscape
除参访上海纽约大学图书馆外，本届年会还组织代表赴上海博物馆东馆、上海图书馆东馆实地调研，为高校图书馆与城市公共文化场馆深化资源联动、协同发展提供了新的视角。
Delegates also visited the East Branches of the Shanghai Museum and the Shanghai Library — a reminder of how much university libraries and the city's public cultural institutions can share.
2017-2027年会重回西浦 Ten Years on, the Conference Returns to XJTLU
闭幕式上宣布，下一届中外合作大学图书馆年会将在西交利物浦大学举办。时隔十年，这场聚会重回西浦。作为东道主，西浦图书馆将认真筹备，打磨方案，期待明年与各位图书馆同仁们再相聚，共话新知，探索中外合作大学图书馆发展新方向。明年金秋十月，苏州见。
The closing session announced that XJTLU will host the next conference — a return to Suzhou after ten years. As host, XJTLU Library will make thorough preparations and refine all plans. We look forward to reuniting with fellow library colleagues next year to share new insights and explore new directions. See you in Suzhou next October.
