Notification for Textbook Posting Service & On-Site Collection

To balance the prevention of COVID-19 epidemic and students’ actual needs of printed textbooks, the University will provide two methods of textbook service: posting service and on-site collection, to meet individualized requirements to the greatest extent. Please read the following instructions carefully:

 

Textbook Posting Service

Online application time: Now – 24:00, 24th April, 2020

 

Operation guide:

Step 1: Please scan the following QR code of XJTLU Textbook through WeChat;

XJTLU Textbook

Step 2: Log in with the XJTLU email account and tick the textbooks to be posted in the "My Textbook List" interface;

Step 3: Please fill in detailed mailing address accurately;

Step 4: The University will sort, pack and deliver the required textbooks.

 

Notes:

1. If modification is required, please cancel the original request and create a new one no later than 24:00 the same day of the textbook request submission.

2. Due to the difference of volume of sorting, geographical distance and other uncertainties, the mailing time of textbooks may vary from person to person. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

 

On-site Textbook Collection

For students who are approved to temporarily return to campus, they can collect textbooks on-site while returning. Please refer to XJTLUers Temporary Return for Personal Belongings Notice for specific arrangements.

 

Please contact LIB@xjtlu.edu.cn if you have questions about textbook collection.

 

In addition, you also can return your borrowed books in Textbook Service Centre after approved to temporarily return to campus.

西交利物浦大学教材邮寄与领取的通知

 

为做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作,帮助学生解决需要纸质教材的难题,最大限度地满足学生的个性化要求,西交利物浦大学为学生提供两种教材服务:教材邮寄服务和教材现场领取。请同学们仔细阅读以下须知:

 

一、教材邮寄服务

学生线上申请时间:即日起42424:00

邮寄操作指南:

第一步:微信扫描以下二维码进入小程序;

XJTLU Textbook

第二步:使用学校邮箱帐号登录,进入“My Textbook List”界面,勾选所需邮寄的教材;

第三步:准确填写收货人详细信息;

第四步:学校根据需求分拣、打包、邮寄快递。

注意事项:

1. 提交订单后无法修改。如需修改,请于当日24:00前取消并重新提交。

2. 由于教材分拣、路程远近等因素影响,教材邮寄时间不等,请同学们给予理解和支持,耐心等待。

 

二、教材现场领取

符合条件并被批准临时返校的学生,可在回校同时凭ID卡至教材服务中心领取教材。具体事项请参照《西交利物浦大学关于学生临时返校取物的通知》

另外,如需办理图书归还业务,也可在被批准返校同时至教材服务中心办理。
