According to the XJTLU Notice of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (C19-UC-20200320) and Academic Year 2020/2021 Preparations for the New Semester, as well as ensuring the safety of the Library environment for our staff and students, the Library has resumed its on-site services in an orderly manner. Please note that on-site services will be promptly adjusted according to the changes in COVID-19 situation and schedule of the University.
根据 XJTLU防控领导小组关于《新型冠状病毒的肺炎疫情的通告（第19号）》和《2020/2021学年新学期准备工作通知》，并且为了有效防止新型冠状病毒的传播，图书馆已部署相应防疫措施并有序恢复开放。馆内服务将根据防疫状态的改变和学校的安排随时调整。
1. Opening Hours 开放时间

2. Entry Requirement 入馆要求
1) Access to the Library is restricted to XJTLU staff and students who get the permission to return to the Campus. External visitors please follow the guidelines of Campus Management Office for obtaining the XJTLU Pass Code.
图书馆目前仅限有获得返校许可即西浦通行码绿码的本校师生使用。外部访客请遵循西浦校园管理办公室规定。
2) All entrants are required to wear a face mask when entering the library, and please keep a distance of at least 1-metre from one another.
所有入馆人员均需佩带口罩，且保持至少一米的安全距离。
3) In line with the requirements of the Pandemic Prevention and Control, the Library has reduced the number of the seats in learning commons, information commons and food and drink allowed area. Please sit at least 1-metre interval between one another.
根据疫情防控要求，图书馆内座位相应减少（包含学习空间、机房、六楼饮食区），请用户保持至少一米安全距离就座。
4) Please put any unwanted book(s) in the cart of the nearby bookshelf. Any of these books and the returned books will be disinfected by the Library staff before shelving.
从书架上取下图书阅览后，请勿直接放回原书架，请放入书架旁指定的书车上。此类图书和所有归还的图书，将由工作人员消毒处理后再进行上架。
3. Kind Reminder 温馨提醒
1) Do not forget to wash your hands after using the public facilities.
使用馆内公共设施后，请注意手部清洁。
2) There are two UV sterilizers located on the first floor of the library. Library users are advised to make use of the sterilizers which specially designed for killing germs via UV light technology.
两台紫外线消毒机位于图书馆一楼大厅，供用户自助对所借图书除菌消尘。
3) There will be no overdue fine during the temporarily closed days, and the checked-out library items with due date within this special period are automatically extended to12th September. If you cannot return to the campus in new semester, Library suggests you to renew borrowed books online before the due date through https://opac.xjtlu.edu.cn. Or you can send an e-mail to lib-usd@xjtlu.edu.cn for help.
在图书馆临时闭馆的时期，任何到期的图书不会产生超期违约金。在这段时期到期的图书已经被统一延长至9月12日。因疫情原因无法在新学期按时返校的用户，请自行登录图书馆书目检索系统https://opac.xjtlu.edu.cn，对已借图书进行续借操作或者发邮件至lib-usd@xjtlu.edu.cn以获得帮助。
4) Library will continue to provide online services for our users, you can have access to all the online journals and databases that library provides through https://lib.xjtlu.edu.cn/.
图书馆会持续为用户提供线上服务支持，您可通过图书馆主页https://lib.xjtlu.edu.cn/访问图书馆数字资源。
4. Patron’s Responsibility 责任追究
Any patron (staff/student) who do not abide by the University/Library rules and regulations will be reported to the XJTLU Working Party for Corona Virus Disease 2019 Prevention, those who have caused serious consequences will be investigated for responsibility according to law and regulations.
对于不配合学校/图书馆相关工作的个人（包括学生和员工）将报告于西交利物浦大学防控领导小组，对造成严重后果的，依法依规追究责任。
