2021 is the 15th anniversary of the founding of XJTLU and XJTLU Library. Over the past 15 years, XJTLU Library has grown from a small library at the beginning to a modern university library with abundant resources, advanced facilities, and first-class services. The XJTLU students have regarded the library as their spiritual home, reading, studying, researching, discussing, and spending a significant portion of their youth here.

For the 15th anniversary of XJTLU, we want to share memorable stories and moments of the XJTLU Library. We hope that they will inspire more people to use the resources and services at the Library. We are calling for articles from current students, alumni and staff members. We invite you to submit stories of your experiences at the Library.

THEME

We welcome submission of articles on the theme “XJTLU Library and Me”. You can tell your story from different perspectives, such as your impression of the XJTLU Library, library events you took part in, or your achievements and inspirations gained from the library.

REQUIREMENTS

1. No limit on the title, genre or length. The article can be written in Chinese or English. We accept submission in Microsoft Word format.
2. Relevant photos and pictures can be provided, in JPG/JPEG/PNG format, along with a short description.
3. Submissions must be accompanied by a brief introduction of the author, including the author’s name, XJTLU ID, identity (alumni, staff member, current student, librarian), etc.
4. Submissions must be original works. The contributors grant the Library the right to publish the articles.

• Deadline: 31st May, 2021

All submissions will be reviewed by the Library, and the articles that pass the review will be published on library platforms including XJTLU Library’s internal magazine and WeChat Official Account, etc.

If the submitted work is accepted, the author will receive a gift from the Library!

2021年是西交利物浦大学建校15周年，也是西浦图书馆建馆15周年。在过去的15年间，西浦图书馆从最初的一个小型藏书室，发展成为今天拥有丰富资源、先进设施和一流服务的现代化大学图书馆。一届又一届的西浦学子把图书馆作为精神的家园，在这里阅读、学习、研究、讨论，度过了最为美好的青春时光。

在西浦15周年校庆来临之际，为了挖掘西浦人与图书馆一路走来值得铭记的故事，激励更多人了解和利用馆内资源服务，现面向校内外进行征稿，欢迎广大校友、在校师生及馆员踊跃投稿，讲述您与西浦图书馆之间的故事。

征文主题

本次征文以“我与西浦图书馆”为主题，可以从不同角度讲述你与西浦图书馆的点滴故事，如对西浦图书馆的印象、与西浦图书馆的交集、在西浦图书馆的收获与感悟等。

稿件要求

1. 题目自拟，文体不限，字数不限，语言可选中文或英文，使用Word文档格式。
2. 可提供相关照片与图片等资料，可为 JPG/JPEG/PNG格式，并附简短文字说明。
3. 投稿需附作者简介，包括：作者姓名、西浦 ID、身份（校友、在校老师、在校学生、馆员）等等。
4. 投稿必须为原创作品，投稿人授予本馆文章的使用权。
