In this special reading month which falls on the XJTLU’s 15th anniversary, we are expecting all the XJTLUers’ thoughts of our library. Please find the most beautiful moving moments about reading and share with us through either pictures or words.

REQUIREMENTS

1. The entries must be an individual work that highlights the theme of the competition, reflects the educational significance and displays the style of work.
2. Must be an original work, plagiarism is prohibited, works involving copyrights, portrait rights and other legal responsibilities are under the artist’s responsibilities.
3. The entries can be photos, paintings/sketches, Audio Recordings and calligraphy. The languages that can be used are not limited to Chinese (or dialect) and English but also to other languages.
4. The photo requirements: single photo or group of photos (no more than 3); colour or black and white, unrestricted; JPEG file format; size should be less than 4MB; and minimum resolutions of 5 megapixels. Please keep the original EXIF information. All entries must include a text description (doc. format).
   Paintings/sketches requirements: original version or the scan copy can be submitted.
   Audio Recording requirements: The length of the recording should be one to three minutes. Appropriate modifications are allowed when needed (e.g. background music, speed and sound adjustment etc.).
5. Once the entry is accepted, the Library has the right to use and exhibit the winning entries.

The library will review and screen all the works received, and the selected excellent works will be exhibited in the library. The authors of the shortlisted works in the exhibition will also receive a special gift. The final notification of acceptance and award will be sent by email.

在西浦十五周年这个特殊的读书月，小图向所有西浦人征集遇见最美图书馆十五周年的那些事儿。可以是十五周年在图书馆最深的印记，可以是您心中最爱的那本书、那段话，可以是对校庆十五周年的祝福寄语，也可以是散发着浓浓墨香的书法作品。

作品要求

1. 参赛作品为个人作品，要突出主题，体现教育意义，作品表现风格不限。
2. 参赛作品必须是原创作品，严禁抄袭，作品涉及的著作权、肖像权以及其他法律责任由作者自负。
3. 参赛作品的形式可以是图片、手绘、录音音频、书法，语言不限。
4. 图片作品要求：单照、组照均可（每组不超过3幅），彩色、黑白不限，格式为JPGE文件，文件大小应不小于4MB，最小分辨率500万像素。参赛者应保留原始EXIF信息。所有作品请附上主题介绍等文字说明（.doc格式）。
   手绘、书法作品要求：可以提交原稿，亦可扫描后提交扫描件。
   录音音频作品要求：朗读时间保持在1-3分钟之间, 可根据需要进行适当修饰，如：添加背景音乐、调速、修饰声音等。所有作品请附上朗读文字内容，若有出处，请注明（.doc格式）。 
5. 参赛作品一经采纳，图书馆具有使用权、展出权。

图书馆将对收到的所有作品进行审核和筛选，入选的优秀作品将会在图书馆进行展出。入围展览的作品作者也将获得图书馆特别定制的十五周年校庆精美礼品一份。最终将以邮件的形式发送入选通知和获奖通知。
