To assess library service quality, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) Library conducted the Library User Survey 2022 in May. 1,011 respondents left meaningful and insightful comments to express their experiences and expectation about XJTLU Library.

The Library randomly selected 10 winners from all participants to win a Starbucks Gift Card. The list of awards is announced as follows:
