5月29日-6月3日，“2023年CALIS外文书刊RDA编目业务培训研讨会”在西交利物浦大学成功举办。会议由中国高等教育文献保障系统(CALIS)联机合作编目中心主办、西交利物浦大学图书馆承办。

From 29 May to 3 June, the "2023 CALIS RDA Cataloging Training Seminar" was successfully held at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. The seminar was hosted by CALIS (China Academic Library & Information System) Union Catalog Center and organized by XJTLU Library.

此次培训研讨会共为期五天，邀请到了多名国内编目界的知名专家进行授课。培训从FRBR、ICP等RDA理论基础入手，详细讲解RDA相关知识要点，并针对不同文献类型进行专题讲解，将理论指导与实践应用紧密结合，在加深编目员对RDA概念的理解认识的同时，使之能够运用RDA对外文书刊进行联机合作编目。

The training seminar lasted for five days, with renowned experts in cataloguing field invited to give lectures. The training started from the theoretical basis of RDA, combining theoretical guidance with practical application, to deepen cataloguers' understanding of RDA concepts and enable them to use RDA for online collaborative cataloging.

来自全国高校图书馆和出版行业的共65家单位的101位学员参加了本次培训研讨会。本次研讨会对推动RDA在编目工作中的应用有重要意义。会议筹备和举行期间，西交利物浦大学图书馆作为承办方，配合CALIS联机合作编目中心做了大量细致的工作，获得了与会人员的一致好评。

101 participants from 65 institutions in university libraries and publishing industry attended this training seminar. The seminar promoted the standardization of library cataloguing work. During the seminar, XJTLU Library, as the organizer, did a lot of preparation work under the guidance of CALIS, which was well received by the participants.
