To create a more comfortable, secure, and convenient learning environment and to provide better services for all faculty and students, the library, with the strong support of the Campus Management Office and the Property Management Office, has undertaken comprehensive maintenance and cleaning of its spaces during the winter vacation. The work primarily includes three parts: the cleaning of library spaces, the maintenance of equipment and facilities, and the specific inspection of furniture.

馆内卫生清洁包括地毯的全面清洁；卫生间、茶水间的深度清洁；书架、桌椅的定点清洁等，以保证馆内环境的干净整洁。

The cleaning of library spaces includes a thorough cleaning of carpets, a deep sanitization of toilets and pantries, as well as targeted cleaning of bookshelves, desks and chairs, all to ensure a clean and orderly environment in the library.

设备设施检修包括照明系统、电线插座等电力设备的检修，以及破损楼梯、洗手池等基础设施的修复，以保证馆内设备设施的安全使用。

The maintenance of equipment and facilities encompasses the inspection and repair of electrical systems such as lighting and power outlets, as well as the restoration of basic infrastructure including damaged staircases and washbasins, ensuring the safe and reliable use of all amenities.

全馆家具检修包括对全馆的桌椅、书架等进行全面检查，并及时修复或更换，以保证馆内环境的安全舒适。

The specific inspection of the furniture involves a comprehensive inspection of all the tables, chairs, bookshelves and other items throughout the library, with timely repairs or replacements to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
