Committed to driving service excellence, XJTLU Library engaged staff and students through the Library User Survey 2026 in May. With 1,457 responses collected university-wide via online and onsite channels, the resulting data provides a clear roadmap for aligning resources with user needs across SIP and XEC campuses.

Survey results indicate an overall satisfaction rate of 92.04% with library services. Top-performing areas include Water Dispensers, Opening Hours, Self-service Machines. Key priorities for improvement center on Indoor Temperature, Group Study Rooms, E-resources Access Speed, Off-campus Access, and Seat Reservation. Notably, workshops and self-service initiatives earned exceptional participant acclaim, as reflected in high satisfaction ratings for Workshops, LibAnswers, and Self-service Machines.
