2026年10月9日上午，浙江大学图书馆资源建设总监张军、浙江大学出版社艺术分社副社长黄培槐等一行4人到访西交利物浦大学苏州校区图书馆，就特藏资源宣传推广工作开展交流。西浦图书馆馆长杨丽萍等热情接待来访团队。西浦图书馆首批特藏资源《中国历代绘画大系》（以下简称《大系》）之《明画全集》已正式入藏，本次交流会旨在充分挖掘该套珍贵文献的文化价值，探索特藏资源宣传推广的创新路径。

On the morning of 9 October 2026, a four-member delegation from Zhejiang University Library and Zhejiang University Press visited XJTLU Library to discuss the promotion of special collections. The delegation included Jun Zhang, Director of Resource Development at Zhejiang University Library, and Peihuai Huang, Deputy Director of the Art Publishing Division at Zhejiang University Press. Liping Yang, University Librarian at XJTLU, and Library colleagues welcomed the visitors. The visit centered on the Library’s first batch of special collections, The Complete Collection of Ming Painting, part of A Comprehensive Collection of Chinese Paintings through the Ages, with the aim of exploring its cultural value and innovative promotion approaches.

交流会上，浙江大学图书馆与浙江大学出版社团队结合在《大系》宣传推广方面的丰富经验，介绍了其整体宣传情况：目前“学习强国”平台设有“每日中华名画”专栏，持续推送《大系》收录的历代绘画精品；各收藏馆已累计开展百余场展览活动，形成了较为广泛的文化传播效应。浙江大学出版社代表还重点介绍了《丹青通中西·数智阅千年》入藏宣发方案。

Drawing on their experience in promoting the Collection, Zhejiang University Library and Zhejiang University Press drew on their extensive promotion experience to introduce the Collection’s overall promotional efforts. The Xuexi Qiangguo platform features a column titled “A Famous Chinese Painting a Day” which presents fine paintings from various dynasties. Libraries have organized more than 100 exhibitions, generating broad cultural impact. Representatives from Zhejiang University Press also presented the acquisition and promotion plan, Ink and Color Bridging East and West: Reading a Millennium through Digital Intelligence.

会议明确了西浦图书馆未来在特藏资源宣传方面的着力方向：校内校外协同发力，整合校内资源并向外拓展合作，积极响应学校“产学研政社”融合发展战略；融合苏州本地文化底蕴，并关注传统节日、汉服等传统文化元素的现代表达；注重师生的参与感与体验感，鼓励师生围绕《大系》开展设计创作并同步展出；立足西交利物浦大学的国际化办学特色，借助《大系》这一文化载体讲好中国故事，提升国际传播声量。

The meeting identified four priorities for XJTLU Library’s future promotion of special collections. Firstly, the Library will strengthen on- and off-campus collaboration. Secondly, it will integrate internal resources while expanding external partnerships to support University’s integrated Industry-Academia-Research-Government-Society strategy. Thirdly, it will incorporate Suzhou’s cultural heritage and traditional elements such as festivals and Hanfu. Fourthly, it will encourage faculty and student participation through designs inspired by the Collection and displayed alongside it. Lastly, it will leverage XJTLU’s international character to use the Collection as a vehicle for telling China’s story and enhancing its global voice.

交流会结束后，双方互赠纪念品.浙江大学图书馆向西浦图书馆赠予《盛世修典》、《宋画茶韵》等配套书籍，西浦图书馆回赠西交利物浦大学建校20周年地标盘，象征两馆友谊长存。

Following the meeting, the two sides exchanged commemorative gifts. Zhejiang University Library presented accompanying books including Shengshi Xiudian and Song Painting and Tea Rhyme. In return, XJTLU Library presented a commemorative plate featuring University landmarks, produced to mark XJTLU’s 20th anniversary. The exchange symbolised the enduring friendship between the two libraries.

本次交流为西浦图书馆特藏资源的宣传推广提供了宝贵经验。图书馆将以此为契机，持续推进《大系》的宣传利用工作，积极探索特藏资源服务教学科研、促进文化传承与创新的有效路径，切实发挥图书馆文化传承与社会服务职能，为学校未来社会生态建设贡献力量。

The visit provided valuable insights into the promotion and use of special collections at XJTLU Library. Building on this exchange, the Library will continue to advance the promotion and use of the Collection, explore ways for special collections to serve teaching and research, and foster cultural inheritance and innovation, fulfill its cultural and social service functions, and contribute to the University’s future social ecosystem.
