XJTLU Library User Survey 2024: Your Voice Heard

Driving service excellence, XJTLU Library mobilized staff and students through Library User Survey 2025 in May. With 1,177 responses recorded university-wide via onsite and online channels, the resulting data provides a roadmap for aligning resources with user needs at SIP/XEC campuses.

Survey results indicate 94.65% overall satisfaction with library services (+0.78% YoY). Top-performing areas include Self-service Machines, Water Dispensers, Opening Hours, Decoration and Environment, and Library Appointment. Key improvement opportunities center on E-resources Access Speed, Indoor Temperature, Group Study Room, Off-campus Access and Noise Levels. Notably, AI literacy initiatives—featuring self-built/subscribed tools and workshops—earned exceptional participant acclaim. Detailed findings available in the full report.
