To help XJTLU students deeply explore the practical value of artificial intelligence applications and proficiently master practical skills for various AI tools, the Library successfully hosted four sessions of the " Library AI Idea Exchange Camp " series from March 11 to April 15, 2026, in Computer Room 455. The events attracted a large number of enthusiastic participants, fostering a warm and engaging on-site atmosphere that facilitated in-depth knowledge sharing and intellectual exchange, ultimately building an efficient platform for students to learn from one another.
系列活动首场聚焦“AI生成PPT”核心需求，图书馆馆员路立介绍了最新的AI生成演示工具，现场展示如何通过AI技术快速生成高质量的演示文档，以呈现高效、专业性的演示效果。
The first session focused on the core need of "AI-generated PPTs". Librarian Li LU introduced the latest AI presentation tools to attendees. He demonstrated to the XJTLUers how to quickly generate high-quality PPT slides using AI technology, enhancing the professionalism and efficiency of making presentations.
3月25日，第二场交流营聚焦AI在视觉设计领域的应用。图书馆馆员吴孙若用生动的案例与图片展示如何利用AI工具绘图的快速、高效和自动化特性，提升设计师的创造力，从而更高效地完成工作。
On March 25, the second camp centered on AI Idea Exchange in visual design. Librarian Sunruo WU used vivid cases and images to illustrate how AI drawing tools with their speed, efficiency, and automation can enhance designers’ creativity and improve work productivity.
4月2日，第三场培训将目光投向学术研究领域，聚焦AI在科研中的实际应用。图书馆馆员陆娇重点分享了Research Rabbit、Connected Papers、Elicit、Consensus等多款实用AI科研工具，结合科研场景细致讲解工具用法，与在场学生共同探讨高效科研方法，帮助大家应对科研中的常见挑战、提升科研效率。
On April 2, the third session focused on the practical application of AI in academic research. Librarian Jiao LU highlighted several useful AI research tools, including Research Rabbit, Connected Papers, Elicit, and Consensus. She detailed their usage in the context of research scenarios, discussed efficient research methods, and helped participants address common research challenges and boost their research efficiency.
4月15日，系列培训迎来收官之场。图书馆馆员茅文沛带领在场学生深入剖析AI润色翻译的核心原理，通过现场实操Grammarly和Quillbot两款常用工具，细致演示了AI在多语言转换、句子结构分析、用词优化等方面的强大功能，精准解决学生们在文本润色、语言转换中的常见难点，助力大家实现文本表达的流畅化、规范化与专业化。
On April 15, the series concluded with its final session. Librarian Wenpei MAO led participants in a deep dive into the core principles of AI-powered polishing and translation. Through hands-on demonstrations of two commonly used tools—Grammarly and Quillbot—she detailed how AI can facilitate multilingual conversion, analyze sentence structures accurately, and optimize word choice. This helped students effectively address common challenges in text polishing and language conversion, enabling them to achieve more fluent, standardized, and professional writing.
四场交流营主题鲜明、层层递进，全面覆盖师生在日常与学术场景中高频使用的AI应用领域，助力师生熟练掌握AI工具的使用技巧，深入感受AI技术的实用价值与无限潜力。此次活动搭建起馆员与师生的沟通桥梁，促进双方共同探索AI工具的多元应用场景。今后，图书馆将继续前行，积极推介实用、易用的AI应用工具，期待未来以更丰富多彩的形式，为西浦师生带来兼具创新性与实用性的优质体验。
Each of the four AI Idea Exchange camps had its own focus and progressed step by step, fully covering the high-frequency AI application areas for teachers and students. It helped students proficiently master AI tool skills and truly feel the practical value and unlimited potential of AI technology. This activity built an efficient communication bridge between librarians and students, jointly exploring the diverse application scenarios of AI tools. In the future, the library will continue to move forward, committing to introducing practical and easy-to-use AI application tools and looking forward to bringing high-quality activities with both innovation and practicality to students in a more diverse and colorful form.
