On December 11th 2025, XJTLU Library held "Student Reading Champions’ Gathering & Talk" at Taicang Campus, bringing together students and library staff for an enriching exchange of ideas. The event underscored the library’s commitment to user-centered services and continuous improvement through direct feedback.

2025年12月11日，西浦图书馆在太仓校园举办"阅读之星颁奖交流会"。本次活动搭建了图书馆与读者之间的沟通桥梁，通过面对面交流深入了解读者需求，持续提升服务质量。

The gathering featured three engaging segments designed to celebrate student achievements and gather insights for future enhancements. Librarians first highlighted key milestones from the past academic year, including innovative circulation services, diverse student activities, and impactful training programs. A lively group discussion followed, where students and librarians exchanged perspectives on activity formats, training themes, and space upgrades. The open dialogue yielded practical suggestions, reflecting the library’s dedication to responsive and adaptive services. The event culminated in an award ceremony, where outstanding students were honored in five categories: Reading Superstar, Top Library Visitor, Group Study Superstar, Library Activity Superstar, and Library Training Superstar.

交流会包含三个环节，旨在表彰学生成就并收集未来改进建议。图书馆员首先回顾了过去一学年的重要里程碑，包括创新的流通服务、丰富多彩的学生活动以及富有影响力的培训项目。随后进行的读者互动环节中，与会师生围绕"图书馆活动形式创新"、"培训课程内容优化"、"学习空间功能提升"等议题展开深入讨论，提出了诸多宝贵建议。这些建议将为图书馆后续服务优化提供重要参考。最后，图书馆为在2024-2025学年表现突出的读者颁发了"阅读之星"、"到馆达人"、"小组讨论达人"、"活动达人"和"学习达人"五项荣誉奖项。
