The Library seminar Preprints for Scholarly Communication (预印本与新型学术交流) was successfully held on 22 Feb 2023.

Our guest speaker Prof. Jingli Chu (初景利教授) (Director of Academic Board, National Science Library, Chinese Academy of Sciences 中国科学院文献情报中心学术委员会主任) focused on ChinaXiv, a pre-publishing platform for academic papers, sharing its significance and value to authors, readers and scholarly communication. 

Around 50 staff and students who are interested in scholarly communication as well as librarians joined the seminar and communicated with Prof. Chu face to face.

During the Q&A session, active discussion between our speaker and audiences was involved where further functions and practice of ChinaXiv were explained and talked.
