In order to strengthen the communication with faculty and postgraduate students, librarians from XJTLU Library are reaching out to different schools and academies to provide more profound Library services through "Library as a Bridge" event, keeping them up-to-date on Library resources and services according to their needs.

为了加强与院系的沟通交流，更好地支持师生教学科研工作，西浦图书馆馆员正通过“对话图书馆”系列活动，根据各院系的专业特点及师生需求，有针对性地提供关于图书馆资源和服务的解读和咨询。

On 22 March, the librarians visited the Academy of Future Education. With the information desk set on IR Building Floor 8, librarians displayed and circulated Library guides on databases, Library workshops, book borrowing, intellectual property information service, etc. At the same time, librarians at the information desk communicated with students and staff to offer consultation services.

3月22日，图书馆员走进未来教育学院，在IR8楼设置咨询台，为师生展示并分发了数据库使用、信息素养教育、图书借还、知识产权信息服务等方面的图书馆手册。与此同时，馆员们还在咨询台为师生们提供咨询服务。

During the face-to-face communication session, faculty and students asked questions about the inter-library loan, Open Access, database search strategies and how to suggest a purchase, and librarians answered them one by one. Many faculty and students expressed their gratitude to librarians for their long-standing professional services, such as “Ask Us” online chat service which always responds to various questions in a timely manner and brings convenience to teaching and research. The flyer with potential databases tailored for AoFE was also well received by the PhD students.

在面对面咨询环节，师生就馆际互借流程、开放获取、数据库检索策略、荐购服务使用等方面提出问题，图书馆员逐一进行了解答。许多师生对图书馆员长期以来的专业服务表示感谢，比如图书馆官网的Ask Us服务总能及时回复各类图书馆相关问题，为教研工作带来了便利；本次活动中特别为未来教育学院准备的相关数据库单页也受到了博士生好评。

In the future, the XJTLU Library will visit more academies and schools, hoping that the librarians will act as a communication bridge to provide professional subject service for faculty and students.

未来，图书馆将继续走进各个院系，希望由馆员作为沟通的桥梁，为院系和师生提供专业的学科服务。
