图书馆成功举办“阅读之星颁奖交流会”活动 Library Successfully Hosts “Library Student Reading Champions’ Gathering & Talk”

515日,图书馆在CB153举办了“图书馆阅读之星颁奖交流会”。本次活动旨在表彰高频使用图书馆资源的学生和为图书推广做出贡献的优秀个人与社团。同时,图书馆馆员也借此机会向学生们分享了本学期的工作重点,并以馆员面对面的形式交流意见、收集反馈。

On May 15th, the “Library Student Reading Champions’ Gathering & Talk” was held by the library at CB153. The event aimed to recognize students who frequently utilized library resources and contributed to book promotion or library services, while also sharing the library’s key work for the semester. In a face-to-face format, librarians engaged with attendees to exchange ideas and collect feedback.

图书馆馆员陆姣主持了该活动,向学生介绍了新上线的座位预约系统,该系统的推出旨在更好地管理图书馆的座位资源,提高座位的使用效率。此外,图书馆还围绕AI相关主题举办了多期广受好评的“AI应用交流营”, “拥抱AI,阅读未来”春季书展,以多姿多彩的活动丰富学生的学习与生活,激发他们对新技术的求知探索欲。

Librarian Jiao LU presided over the event and introduced the newly launched seat booking system, which was designed to better manage the library’s seating resources and enhance seating efficiency. Additionally, they presented a series of AI-themed activities, including “Library AI Idea Exchange Camp” and “Embracing AI, Reading the Future” spring book exhibition, enriching students’ academic lives and stimulating their interest in cutting-edge technologies.

在颁奖环节,多名高频使用图书馆空间和藏书资源的学生分别荣获“阅读之星”、“到馆达人”、“小组讨论达人”等奖项。在图书推广方面做出突出贡献的读者协会及其社长林丹竹获得了“优秀社团”奖。此外,积极支援图书馆服务的志愿者以及参加“朗读者”活动的优秀朗读者也受到了表彰。

During the award ceremony, students who frequently used the library’s spaces and book collection received awards such as “Reading Superstar,” “Top Library Visitor,” and “Group Study Superstar. “The Readers Association, under the leadership of Danzhu LIN, which made significant contributions to book promotion, was awarded the “Outstanding Association Award.” Volunteers who actively participated in support services and excellent readers in the “XJTLU Readers” activity were also recognized.

图书馆副馆长滕超和用户服务部主管李姗姗为本次活动颁奖,并在讨论交流环节与同学们进行了深入的互动。她们收集并记录了学生们关于图书馆服务的建议和意见,包括三楼插座损坏问题、太仓与园区图书馆书籍分类的问题,以及如何鼓励学生多读书等议题。学生们对图书馆的服务表示满意,并提出了积极的反馈意见。

Deputy Librarian Chao TENG and User Services Division Team Leader Shanshan LI presented the awards for this event and engaged in an in-depth interaction with the students during the TALK session. They collected and recorded students’ suggestions and opinions on library services, including issues with damaged power outlets on the third floor, the arrangement of books in libraries at different campus and how to encourage students to read more. Students expressed satisfaction with the library’s services and provided positive feedback.

本次“图书馆阅读之星颁奖交流会”不仅表彰了优秀的学生和社团,也为图书馆与用户之间搭建了一个良好的沟通平台,有助于图书馆进一步提升服务质量,更好的满足学生的需求。图书馆将继续致力于提供更加丰富与高效的服务,为学生的学习和研究提供有力支持。

This event not only honored outstanding students and association, but also built a bridge for communication between the library and its users, helping the library to further enhance service quality and meet students’ needs. The library will continue to provide a richer and more efficient service, strongly supporting students’ learning and research.
