2025年2月28日，由西浦图书馆与读者协会太仓分会共同举办的第一期 “悦读会·太仓” 圆满结束。本期活动特邀西浦夜校讲师许洁老师作为主讲人，围绕《人生设计课》一书，和大家共同探讨如何运用设计思维规划人生。

On February 28, 2025, Go Reading: Designing Your Life event, jointly organized by XJTLU Library and Reader Association TC Branch, came to a successful conclusion. This event invited Ms. Xu Jie, a lecturer from XJTLU Night School, as the keynote speaker to explore with participants how to use design thinking in life plan based on the book Designing Your Life.

活动伊始，主讲人通过欧卡分享环节展开互动。每位参与者选择一张与自身经历相关的欧卡，并围绕其阐述对活动的期待及对人生的理解。这一环节不仅促进了彼此间的交流，还通过个人故事的分享，展现了不同人生阶段的高峰与低谷，为彼此提供了多维度的反馈与启发。

At the beginning, participants engaged in an interactive session through Oracle cards. Each participant selected an Oracle card related to their personal experience and shared their expectations for the event as well as their understanding of life centered around the chosen card. This segment not only facilitated communication among participants but also showcased the highs and lows of different life stages through personal stories, providing multidimensional feedback and inspiration for one another.

在主题分享环节，活动气氛被推向高潮。读者们结合自身经历，分享了书中那些具有启发性的内容，并就其中的疑惑之处展开提问。在讨论“心流”体验时，大家纷纷分享了如何在日常生活中找到那些让自己完全投入、忘记时间的活动。

The theme-sharing session brought the event's atmosphere to a climax. Participants, drawing on their own experiences, shared the content of the book that had inspired them and raised questions that puzzled them. When discussing the experience of "flow," everyone shared how they found activities in daily life that allowed them to become fully immersed and lose track of time.

此外，许洁老师还通过实际案例，向在场的读者们展示了如何将“重新定义问题”和“原型设计”等理念应用到个人成长和职业发展中。例如，通过“奥德赛计划”，人们可以设想三种不同的未来场景，从而拓宽视野，减少决策焦虑。

Additionally, Ms. Xu demonstrated how to apply concepts such as "redefining problems" and "prototyping" to personal growth and career development through practical examples. For instance, through the "Odyssey Plan," individuals can envision three different future scenarios, thereby broadening their horizons and reducing decision-making anxiety.

活动在欢声笑语中圆满结束。《人生设计课》的核心理念已在每位读者心中生根发芽，许多人表示他们将继续深入研读这本书，并将书中的理念应用到生活和工作中，开启一段更加精彩的人生旅程。

The event concluded amidst laughter and applause. The core concepts of Designing Your Life had already taken root in the hearts of the patrons. Many people expressed their intention to continue delving into the book and applying its principles to their lives and work, embarking on a more fulfilling life journey.
